The solution

Team coaching is much like individual coaching, but instead of focusing on one person, the coach works with the entire team as a living system. The goal is to help the team see itself more clearly, build trust, and grow together toward a shared purpose.

A team coaching journey unfolds in 3 phases:

  • Phase 1: Team's input

  • Phase 2: Team's reveal

  • Phase 3: Team's coaching

How it works

Phase 1: The Team’s Input

We begin by understanding where the team is today. This may include surveys, individual interviews with team members (and sometimes other stakeholders), or team assessments such as DISC, MBTI, or Team 360. The goal is to create a clear picture of team dynamics, strengths, and opportunities for growth.

 

Phase 2: The Team’s Reveal

In a collaborative workshop, the team comes together to build stronger connections, deepen trust, and clarify shared goals for the coaching journey. This phase transforms insights from Phase 1 into shared understanding and alignment.

 

Phase 3: The Team’s Coaching

Through a series of workshops or virtual sessions for remote teams, the team practices new ways of working, strengthens collaboration, and addresses challenges in real time. The journey concludes with a final workshop to celebrate progress, reflect on achievements, and solidify the team’s next steps.
