DISC
DISC is a widely used behavioral assessment that helps individuals understand how they typically behave and communicate in the workplace. It categorizes behavior into four primary styles—Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness—and explores how these styles interact. For leaders, DISC provides practical tools to adapt communication, manage conflict, and build more cohesive, collaborative teams.
MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator)
MBTI is a globally recognized personality assessment that explores how people perceive the world and make decisions. Based on Jungian psychology, it identifies personality type across four dimensions (e.g., Introversion/Extraversion, Thinking/Feeling).
