DISC

DISC is a widely used behavioral assessment that helps individuals understand how they typically behave and communicate in the workplace. It categorizes behavior into four primary styles—Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness—and explores how these styles interact.

MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator)

MBTI is a globally recognized personality assessment that explores how people perceive the world and make decisions. Based on Jungian psychology, it identifies personality type across four dimensions (e.g., Introversion / Extraversion, Thinking/Feeling).

For leaders and teams, MBTI builds self-awareness, fosters empathy, and enhances emotional intelligence. It’s an excellent tool for improving interpersonal dynamics, managing change, and developing more effective leadership styles.
