My background

I have always been drawn to tension. Between structure and creativity, following a path and forging your own, leading others and still figuring yourself out. That tension, I've come to understand, is not a problem to solve. It's where real leadership lives.

I spent nearly 20 years at Caterpillar, growing from e-Commerce Analyst to Global Director of Sales and Marketing with teams across every continent. I learned what it takes to lead under pressure when the stakes are real. I also learned, slowly, that the most important leadership work happens on the inside.

In 2020, I left to build something true to what I believe: that most leaders have far more freedom than they think, and that the organizations they lead could be far more alive than they currently are. I co-founded Leadership Paradox for executives who feel there is more, more impact, more aliveness, more meaning, and who are ready to go looking for it.

Our programs have reached over 700 leaders across organizations including Caterpillar, Richemont, L'Occitane, the United Nations, and the OSCE.

I hold PCC, CPCC, and ACTC credentials from ICF. I coach in English and French.

My vision: more peace in the world, starting inside the organizations that shape it.

My proudest moment:

Being recognized by Caterpillar with the Entrepreneurial Spirit Excellence Award, then leaving to actually become one.
