My background

My life has been a journey of transitions- across continents, cultures, and careers.
Born in Shanghai and grew up in Guangzhou, I began my career in banking. In 1999, curiosity led me to Sydney, where I pursued a Master’s degree while working at an accountancy firm. Two years later, I relocated to Germany and joined Daimler Financial Services Group, where I spent a decade in roles spanning consulting, process management, and project leadership across global teams and functions. These experiences deepened my insights of organizational complexity, cultural diversity, and the human dynamics behind business success.

Fourteen years ago, I made a bold shift - leaving the corporate world to return to Shanghai and built an independent career as a leadership trainer, facilitator, and management consultant. I supported organizations through strategy development and change initiatives, and led multicultural teams in company setups and new business launches.

In 2020, I returned to Berlin - a transition that led me to my true calling: executive coaching. Today, I partner with global leaders and teams to navigate change with courage, gain clarity in complexity, and turn uncertainty into opportunities for growth and transformation.

My proudest moment:

In the CoActive Leadership Program there is an extremely challenging rope exercise. I had to walk across a rope, ten meters high, moving from one tree to another roughly twenty-five meters away - while holding a metal loop that supported my partner. It felt almost like mission impossible before I started. Completing that crossing is one of the proudest moments of my journey.
