Career Compass
Design your career compass to navigate your career growth.
Â
Design Your Career Compass supports individual contributors at a key career crossroads. Through structured reflection and coaching, participants explore their aspirations, choices, and development paths, enabling them to shape a career that aligns with both their strengths and organisational needs.
Who is this for?
For individual contributors who want to take ownership of their professional growth and gain clarity on their next career step.
It is also suited to managers and HR leaders who want to support meaningful career development through external coaching.
The challenges
Uncertainty about “what’s next”
Limited career options beyond management
Insufficient time and space for meaningful career reflection
Â
The solution
“Design your career compass” aims at providing individual contributors with a compass to navigate their career growth.Â
The course aims to:
- allow participants time and space to reflect on their career plan and development opportunities
- support participants in designing their own career plan (ownership)
- provide participants with personalised career discussions alongside an external coach / independently from their managersÂ
- provide participants with the opportunity to learn from other participants' perspectives (group sessions) as well as focussing on their own journey (individual sessions) and creating accountability.
Â
How it works
“Design your career compass” aims at providing individual contributors with a compass to navigate their career growth. Each webinar will explore a cardinal point and individual coaching sessions will allow further exploration of the topic based on the participants’ needs and goals.
To maximize the program's effectiveness while maintaining focus on each personal situation we recommend a blended learning structured program:
1 Kick-Off group session (60 min)Â + 4 group webinars (90 min each)
3 individual coaching sessions (60 min each)
